Eastport Financial is seeking a dynamic individual to fill a combined role of Office and Project Manager. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our office as well as the successful execution of various projects, particularly those related to our philanthropic and community endeavors.
Hours:
30 hours per week, 10am - 4pm
Responsibilities
Office Manager
- • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- • Maintain office supplies and equipment
- • Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
- • Manage office budget and expenses
- • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- • Handle mail, packages, and deliveries
Project Manager
- • Plan, execute, and oversee projects, particularly those related to our philanthropic and community efforts
- • Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
- • Prepare project reports and documentation
Qualifications
- • Proven experience in office and project management
- • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Additional Information
- • This position is part-time, 30 hours per week, from 10am to 4pm
