Born and raised in Croatia, Martina moved to Canada almost 20 years ago for a better life. For thirteen years as a lead associate and then a team manager at a telecommunications company, Martina supervised and coached service teams – analyzing their workflow to tune for efficiency. After the telecom company outsourced her department, she saw an opportunity to move from being a cog in a massive wheel to making a daily difference—and landed at Eastport assisting Andrew Parrott and his clients.
She primarily supports Andrews clients, as well lending a hand in supporting other advisor’s, but as she describes, Eastport is all-hands-on-deck in a way that’s egalitarian—with true team spirit.
