As an experienced business strategist, family facilitator and Chartered Professional Accountant, Kim brings 20 years of a multi-disciplinary approach to her work. She collaborates with a family’s existing professional advisors to create integrated advice.
Kim has found that families may fall into communication patterns that are counterproductive to their relationship and business goals. Kim’s objective is to facilitate meaningful conversation to help advance a family's ability to communicate, work through differences and establish effective decision making for their business.
